PhotonMan is built by Anmol Gupta, a seasoned systems architect and former FinTech founder who spent 12 years building and shipping production systems.
I did not set out to build an automation consultancy. I set out to build a FinTech firm.
For 12 years I ran 7Prosper, a financial planning business that served thousands of clients across India. Throughout that time I was deeply involved in the technology side — writing code, shipping systems, and leading the technical teams that kept the operation running. Operations, client management, reporting, compliance workflows — I have built production systems for all of it, and I have managed the people who built them.
By the time I wound down 7Prosper, I had spent over a decade at the intersection of running a real business and building the technology behind it. That combination is not common. Most engineers have never had to make payroll. Most consultants have never shipped production code. I have done both.
PhotonMan came out of a simple observation: growing businesses are stuck between two bad options. Hire a freelancer who can build what you ask for but cannot tell you what you should be asking for. Or engage a large consultancy that charges enterprise rates, sends junior staff, and delivers a deck instead of a working system. There is a gap there. PhotonMan fills it.
These are not values statements. They are the principles that show up in every engagement.
Problems before tools
Every client conversation starts with how their business runs, not with which tools we might use. The tool is chosen last, not first. A consultant who leads with a tool is selling, not consulting.
Deterministic problems get deterministic solutions
AI is powerful and genuinely useful in the right places. If a payment comes in and you need to send a confirmation email, you do not need an AI agent. You need a rule. Using AI where a rule would do costs more money and introduces risk for zero benefit.
Systems over headcount
The question is never how many people do you need. The question is which parts of this process actually require a human. Most of the answer is fewer than you think.
Speed matters
A system that takes six months to build has a six-month delay before it starts saving you money. We work in 15 to 45 day sprints. The faster a system is in production, the faster it pays back.
You own it when we leave
Everything we build comes with documentation and training. Nothing should require PhotonMan to keep running. If it does, we have not finished the job.
Every engagement starts with a free operations diagnostic — a focused conversation where we map how your business runs and identify where the real bottlenecks are. From there we design a solution, present options with honest cost-benefit analysis, and build it. Most single-workflow engagements go from first conversation to production in under four weeks.
We work with businesses that have found product-market fit and are scaling — typically 10 to 200 employees, professional services and trades. If you are still figuring out what you are selling, we are probably not the right fit yet.
PhotonMan is a cheat code from Age of Empires. PhotonMan gave instant results. That is the energy we are going for.
