Content extraction and publishing agent. The problem: every sales call, client meeting, and delivery call contains genuine insights worth sharing. As a founder, Anmol is on multiple calls every day. Those calls are where the real thinking happens, where real client problems get worked through, and where perspectives worth publishing are expressed. But sitting down after each call to extract those insights, write them up, and post them across LinkedIn, Twitter, and the website would take hours that do not exist.
The solution: every call is recorded. When the call ends, the transcript is automatically sent to an AI that has been trained specifically on Anmol's voice, values, what PhotonMan does, and what kind of content is and is not worth publishing. The AI reads the transcript and surfaces only the genuine insights. It does not extract everything. It surfaces what a knowledgeable editor would flag as worth sharing.
From those insights, it drafts short-form posts for Twitter, long-form posts for LinkedIn, and case study content for the website. All in Anmol's voice. All grounded in what was actually said on the call. No generic AI filler. The drafts are sent for a single review. Anmol approves, requests changes, or rejects. Approved content is automatically queued and published on the right platform at the right time.

Project management and meeting intelligence agent. Every client project generates meetings. Every meeting generates action items, status updates, decisions made, and context that needs to be captured for the next conversation. Left to humans, that capture is inconsistent. People forget. Notes are partial. By the third meeting on a project, half the context has been lost to memory decay.
This agent listens to every project-related meeting. When the meeting ends, it reads the transcript, identifies which project it belongs to, links the meeting to the right project record in Airtable, extracts action items, updates project status based on what was discussed, and adds a running context summary. Before the next meeting on that project, the complete history is current and accessible. No manual update required from anyone.
The agent also creates tasks from action items, assigns them appropriately, and closes tasks that the transcript confirms are complete. The project management system stays accurate without anyone having to maintain it. That is what an executive assistant at a very high level looks like, operating at the speed of automation.
SEO monitoring and content suggestion agent. SEO is an ongoing task that most businesses handle inconsistently because it requires sustained attention across multiple systems. Someone needs to monitor Google Search Console to track how pages are performing. Someone needs to identify which keywords are ranking, which are slipping, and which new opportunities exist. Someone needs to translate those opportunities into article briefs. And then someone needs to write the articles, publish them, and track what happens next.
This agent runs the monitoring continuously. It pulls data from Search Console, tracks keyword rankings and trends, identifies the highest-priority content opportunities, and surfaces them proactively. When a new topic needs to be covered, the agent sends questions to Anmol via voice note, collects his raw opinions and insights on that topic, and drafts a full article in his voice with his authentic perspective. After one approval step, the agent coordinates with the website publishing system to deploy the content.
The agent is also being extended to talk directly to the website, coordinating code and design updates needed for new content types. The vision is a fully autonomous SEO loop where the only human input is the voice notes that provide the expertise layer.
Where AI Agents Do Not Belong
This is important, and it is where most businesses get it wrong.
AI agents are the wrong solution for deterministic workflows. If a payment comes in and you need to send a confirmation email, that is a simple if-then rule. Payment received, send email. There is no judgment involved. Deploying an AI agent to handle that is like hiring a senior consultant to press a button. There are two problems with using AI agents for deterministic tasks. First, cost. Every call to an AI API consumes tokens, and tokens cost money. Running an AI agent on thousands of simple confirmation emails every month burns API credits for zero benefit. Second, reliability. AI introduces a small but real probability of an unexpected output. For a task with one correct answer, you want a system that produces that answer 100% of the time. An AI agent gives you 99%. That 1% matters when you are talking about financial records, customer communications, or anything where consistency is a hard requirement.
The rule: deterministic problems get deterministic workflows. AI agents belong where human judgment was previously required, where the range of possible inputs and outputs is too varied to encode as rules. Customer support triage. Sales qualification. Document analysis. Contract review. Decisions that require reading context, applying nuance, and choosing from a wide range of possible responses. Tools like Zapier or n8n were earlier built to handle deterministic workflows but they have evolved to handle agentic workflows also cleanly.

This is where businesses get surprised. An agent that was not designed carefully can end up costing more to run than the human it replaced.
AI API costs are usage-based. Every call to an LLM like GPT-4 or Claude consumes tokens, and tokens cost money. An agent that makes many API calls per task, uses long prompts, and does not implement caching or batching will generate a large monthly bill.
